Pulled some parsnips from a #hivegarden on the #homestead. They're old and woody, but still delicious when added to a roast.

    PERFECT for roast parsnip soup - they look like little men! Hubs loves them, I'm not so keen - I dont do well growing them either

    I can't say I did well growing these... they're nearly a year and a half old now! I do still have several more, though, and roast parsnip soup sounds like something I should try!
