How big is the file. I had that problem in testing. I had to compress the file using something I found on Google Play and then upload it. Much quicker.
I use a video compressor by Inverse.io. There are a lot of them on the play store. Just download one, feed the video in, get it compressed and upload that version. Goes much quicker.
