I was called yesterday to service this machine.
The owner informed me that he was about to give up and was thinking of buying another machine.
He had previously called 6 mechanics and they all delivered the machine with the same defect.
I disassembled whole machine and looked for the defect.
I found a huge gap in the needle bar bushings.
Lets work.
After half a day of work where I changed the bushings and adjusted, the machine was tested and it was perfect.
