It is worthy to note that the financial challenge being faced by many is not a function of what they earn but how they spend it without saving.

When I first started working, my salary was a little over the minimum wage but I knew one day, through hard work, I'd be paid double or triple my initial salary. With the little pay, I promised to discipline myself. Now that I'm paid higher, not a lot but higher than before, it's easier to save, to invest in real estate and to have fun on the side because I've been managing my finances well since time immemorial.
People should stop using 'But my pay is small that's why I couldn't save' as an excuse to actually look at their finances and start managing their wealth better.
