Illegal circuit
In Europe a lot countries have decided to declare war on cigarettes, vaping and smokers. Taxes go up very rapidly but it has an opposite effect.
Tests on the trash of people in Belgium have shown that 30 % of people buy their cigarettes abroad or in illegal circuits. In Ghe Netherlands it’s even more, 44 % of the cigarette wrappers and packaging found in the trash comes from abroad!
It’s shows that raising prices help up until a certain point. From the on people find another way!

You see a lot of it in London also, we have generic anti smoking packaging but so many scattered in the streets and bins are regular packing aka coming from abroad, the high tax definitely just created a black market
well, even though cigs and such ARE unhealthy, ppl deserve not to be spanked like little kids.. 😎👊
