My investment in myself, quit vaping!

Health and finances

Today I started a new investment, a financial one, and at the same time one in myself.

I decided to finally quit vaping. I already quit smoking a few years ago, and replaced that nasty habit with one of vaping. But the vaping habit got out of hand. The vape was almost glued to my hand and I vaped all day long. It was just too much. And it cost me about 300 EUR per month. Incredibly expensive if you think about it, especially for something that just relieves your withdrawal symptoms for a half an hour.

It is time

I am 43 years old, I have seen a lot of people die from cancer around me, and I think I have been selfish enough for a long time. Now it is time to think about my wife and kids and try to my best self for them as long as possible. And in the meantime I will be able to invest an extra 300 EUR per month. Imagine what this can mean in 10 years time!

I am just in my first day, but I am very motivated, and it is hard, very hard, but I hope it will get better day by day… It’s about breaking the habit and the addiction at the same time! And I must be honest, the extra budget motivates me too!

Wish me luck!

Sincerely,

Good luck! Take it one day at a time, until it becomes second nature. It'll definitely be hard at the start, but the change will be worth it.
