After the big anniversary post and Valentine's day, it's time to settle down and dive into calm waters... I am aware that staking WORKERBEE tokens will not make you rich, but for me, it's a perfect token for diversifying my portfolio... It involves two tokens, WORKERBEE - miner token that has to be staked to mine the second token, BEE...
Both tokens have their own market values that fluctuate and make them interesting when you plan to invest... The WORKERBEE token went over 100% in value in the last month or so, but that was expected as supply is very low... Also, the BEE tokens (that is the token mined with staked WORKERBEE tokens) got some strong use cases inside many diesel pools...
So, we had a kind of a perfect storm when WORKERBEE went to around 1 HIVE as it was the best time to accumulate them... I was doing that on those levels and pointed out many times for others to join too... Some of you did, others didn't... In any case, nobody knows what the future will bring, but one is for sure... If you want to have a healthy crypto portfolio, you should diversify it and have more than just 1-2 tokens.
In my personal portfolio, I have dozens of tokens, but every now and then, I revaluate them, pick the strongest one and continue to build... On the other side, the weaker tokens (no development, no volume, no interest) I tend to HODL as many times there is no sense to sell them for peanuts... Maybe someone will take the project over and make them great again :)

Back to the topic... For me, WORKERBEE - BEE combo is a perfect one for diversifying my portfolio as WB is "creating" BEEs, and BEE tokens can be earned also by staking them and curating content! Double win!

As always, in the end, let's give the exact numbers for this week... There will be distributed 91 BEE tokens and 75 LEO tokens as a bonus... The APY (without the bonus) was 9.251%, and when we have added the bonus it went up to 12.246%...
I have calculated the ROI approximately with medium prices for all tokens at the moment of creating this post... So, those numbers are valid if you bought and sold tokens at the current prices (most of you have bought them much cheaper and your APY is much higher)...

When it comes to diversification, it’s interesting how one doesn’t have to leave the hive ecosystem to find worthy projects to diversify into. WorkerBee and Bee tokens have a lot of potential that’s being undervalued right now.

Agree with you regarding plenty of opportunities on Hive and Hive-Engine... But, I would lie if I would say that I don't have other tokens outside this ecosystem... On the other side, HIVE is my priority as it's the only one that has it all!

How do you navigate between dozens of tokens? I assume you were talking only about those on HE.
Hehehe... it looks a lot, but if you check your own wallet, you will see that you have also at least 15-20 tokens 😃
Of course, they aren't all tribe tokens, some of them are miners, others that pay dividends, and those don't require everyday attention... But, I keep my focus on selected tokens that I keep building...

I haven't been watching the price of Workerbees since I bought 100 or so of them about a year ago. I should watch more closely and buy next time they dip. I agree with you completely about diversifying your money.

I have to agree but I tend to have quite a few tokens that seem o be like dead projects. Maybe I will take some time in the future to clear them out but I guess someone might come along and fix up the projects in the future.

Yeah... That's the main reason why I don't sell when the token value is close to zero and it looks dead... I remember that the SPT token was something like before they have implemented SPS tokens and the airdrop... ;)
