Thanks for doing the comparison of these crypto prepaid cards... I didn't understand which ones did you have. In a nutshell, it depends on what you want to do with your card and how much you want to spend...
I remember that my crypto card journey began with the Wirex card, and after that, I was using the Binance card... As both stopped operating in the EU, I had to find other solutions and after a long research, I went with Crypto.com, while my wife is using TAP...
Personally, I don't like any of the "crypto-card companies", as they really suck with customer supports... For my usage, I'm happy with the cheapest crypto.com card as I don't spend thousands of dollars that I could accumulate some cashback, or what... The fees are lowest (by listing all others in your post, that's even more visible), no monthly fees, fair currency exchange rates (not like with TAP), and the card works everywhere (which isn't the case with some other cards)...
I would like to hear more about your Dubai idea... What is their "offer"? You can have all the benefits even if you are not a resident there?

Yes Dubai offers everything a normal bank account would offer with the difference they are in a tax free zone. They are what the Swiss banks used to be with confidentiality of anyone with a bank protected by the Dubai banking laws. Your country cannot request banking details so you are protected. All you have to do is fly in for 2 days show them your passport with the entry stamp and fill out some forms and you will receive a bank card the following day. This is the perfect off ramp because you can use the bank card wherever you live in the world. I am travelling there most likely in March to open an account.

Well it is the best plan that I have uncovered thus far and we need to protect our crypto value with whatever it takes. 2 days in Dubai will cost, but it is minimal compared to the alternatives.
