it will raise tensions not lower them it is one sided and as they have said since Hamas attacked, they will not stop till Hamas is eliminated
I doubt it will. Already, The ISraeli PM has said that nothing will stop Isreal from crushing Hamas. They are not ready to listen to anyone, even America its closest ally is surprised.
The unfortunate part is that most of the parpetrators of the October attack are walking free while the innocent ones are being slaughtered daily .
