I got an idea from on what to cook today from this Japanese food.It is prepared with a seafood called scallops.Harvested fresh, the meat is removed from the shell,sanitized before cooking Some people prefer eating it raw. 
Today, I will search for where I can buy scallops in my city.

I don't know about Japanese foods and they don't really look luscious, unless the taste would compliment it. So you think this scallop fish is in Nigeria?
There are lots of seafood in our waters and finding scallops is one of the things I will have to do.If it's not available,there may be close substitutes
I am not a big fan of shellfish but cooked scallops are the one kind I like sometimes. Raw….uhhh I can eat it but I’d rather not. I only eat raw fish
