Because the witnesses are bias trash.
The whole witness model needs to be replaced with a Proof of Stake system that is cached in the browser cache, it's entirely unessisary to have witnesses and they have proven themselves to be useful idiots contributing to nothing that i could say increased the value of hive.
The hive engine, which has different witnesses, is the main reason we made any money at all here.
