this values is in woo? in dolar? the population how much have in total?
wouldn't it be better to say how much the population has in total and say how much they can spend according to the spends? so wouldn't it be better to say in %?

if a 3 star card with 1 million population has 10,000 fans that means they have 50% change to spend you refer to the 10,000 fans or every 1 single fan has 50% to spend that what i'm trying to say and if some fans can and others can't or if everyone will go at once or no one will go
