A Hiver commented on a post I made yesterday and his comment triggers something I see from time to time.
When the market is riding high you see everyone presence and the sky is high. The minute the market heads
South you see a huge decline. The proper term is deflation. It is apparent for any market to see this
movement. At the same time it is not a bad thing to say the least. People become observant and see what is working.
It is the simple reason you see Bitcoin always come back first from a dip and continue to be the talk
of the market. I can say the same for this community. Every precious second that passes by a true holder
see more than a price point. I can mention a bunch of reason for coming back to Hive in a daily basis.
Yours may differ to mine slightly but at the end it is the same reason. Let me say this, we are very protective
of the brand. What you see happening now in Steem cannot happen in Hive. The culture is different.
The message is more than posting a cat and expect to get a large reward.
Other reason I see lately has to do with what Hive will become. You might hear about layer 1,2,3..
It shows Hive is still in the first stage. Every time I can enjoy comfortably #Dcity and #leofinance
you can see the power with this blockchain. I mentioned that the other day. Having a great amount of
RC allows the holder to interact with the blockchain. You might take it for granted, but it is a giving
for the future where you need to access and do your thing.
One main reason that make many coming back is the stability in Hive value. Price does fluctuate with the market
but Hive tends to remain stable from time to time. Away from Hive back dollar token, Hive price does not move
much to cause an uproar in your holdings. I have to mention this reason. It could be the main reason that solidify
the token. Freedom meets decentralization. They are a few some consider bad apples. Nobody can take Hive away from them.
They cannot kick them out of the blockchain.
Their behavior once was complacent but they can do whatever they want with their Hive. This alone should be the even
playing field for all of us to hold Hive.
Mix with this piece When you have your Hive token, it is yours. You decide what to do with them. I think this quality
does exist among most tokens otherwise it is not crypto. I did talk about value a little but this reason show the degree
of persistence throughout the community. Many affluent Hivers do hold Hive strongly. This reason stands strong and is
a precedent for years to come. Right now it could look a big deal to hold a good amount of Hive, if price remains stagnant
only large holders will continue to benefit from the inflation interest. The other scenario will be the same if price escalates
it will be harder for hivers that keep dumping Hive to see the true value.
Whatever the reasons you hold Hive or you post in the community, have to do with the ability the blockchain give everyone.
It is the same magnitude for everyone, earning some from the reward pool. We are all here to get some of that Hive. Thanks
to engagement of the curation aspect the giving keeps on giving. Some folks keep coming back cause it is fun to interact while
earning. There is no stress being here. I know some are stressing themselves to look good but you should be here
to have fun and keep engaging. Have you ever ask your Facebook friends, why they keep posting in Facebook?
I bet you they will have more reasons that will make you laugh.
I know you will find ways to keep coming back to Hive even though your only reason is to earn. Hey this is legit. Hive ain't cheap and the route to go back and forth will cost you. Make sure you make your Hive works for you.

Hive has become a household name and for me, whether the value disintegrates, I just find pleasure here while I pour my heart out for other users.
This is the kind of value that stays with us
day after day.

I am here thanks to my brother, he recommended Hive to me, before other communities precisely because of a very important and interesting factor such as precisely that the value of the token does not have strong price fluctuations and we Hivers are more likely to save and continue investing in the community.

I agree with all the points you have mentioned here @pouchon. I keep coming back to Hive because I know while the market is down I can earn much more of it. And the Hive that I earn will be worth a lot in the future. That's why I keep creating or at least commenting on daily basis.
Hive is the best social media Blockchain and I love every bit of it. There are so many opportunities through which you can earn passive income and learn so much in the process.
