Are you thinking of Amazon rather than Meta for the nuclear-powered data center?

Iceland (geothermal) and Norway (hydro) already have cheapish electricity so might be data center hubs. Maybe some Gulf states too? Several of them have “surplus” natural gas that could be shipped to other countries, but LNG infrastructure is expensive and potentially a dangerous geopolitical terroristic target. Yeah, the data centers in the Gulf could be targeted, but the LNG sites in Western ports could go boom in the way that data centers in the Gulf couldn’t.
