If somebody can reach out to him and say what he was talking about already exist and has been around for a while,
I am not sure , I guess we need someone like blocktrades (or anyone who is knowledgable (technically functionalities) can take on this.
Most of top witness are busy with their own project and we really don't have any technical shiller for Hive.

You are probably right. We need someone with a deep knowledge about the technical part of the Hive blockchain. The average user does not have this level of knowledge.
