Yeah getting started is very difficult!
A few years ago I did it daily and while starting I could just not relax my mind. What helped me was starting with guided meditations (look for a voice that appeals to you / plenty of good guided meditations on spotify) after getting comfortable with that trying meditation on 528Hz music. Now I can do it with a noice canceling headphone without music (next step just accepting the noice around me haha)
In hindsight doing meditation was a blessing. Helped me to deescalate when I was getting closer to orange/red (in signal plan)
