Last weeks i start using an app on my smartphone so i can record the time i spend on it. I was shocked, the statistics was mindblowing. One day i have unloch the screen of the phone about 200 times! I spend weekly one day browsing. Then i decided to reduce in half my online time. The aim is hard but iam trying! In any case, nice post Jacuzzi !
