Few weeks ago I went to one of my favourite restaurants to go get some sea food fried rice, while standing over the counter I noticed that this particular worker here was putting too much effort and doing too much while serving me, she didn’t look confident but yet she was doing a lot. I asked her if she was new and she looked at me and smiled, that smile felt like “Is it that obvious” kinda smile. So how did I know she was new?

When you are new to anything, your first impression is, you feel left out in this new information or skill you are trying to acquire, so you don’t know all the basics yet and all you are trying to do is not mess up, it’s a survival skill while trying something new as humans. This makes us get busy because we are trying not to miss out on whatever we are doing. So in your ur beginners stage, you find yourself doing everything and getting really busy, but a pro does less and gets more result. How?
So as a beginner, you are learning a lot by being busy and you are making a lot of mistakes, this will help you learn so much and you will be able to filter the unnecessary activities from the necessary ones, then you can transition to being a pro. A pro is more focused and isn’t so busy because they are doing what matters. Just my 2 cents, have a nice day guys. Bye..
