Oh , I mean that with Hive at 0.60 and LEO at 0.06 , (a 1/10th) I think that with market awareness the % will change. For example, when HIVE hits $2, LEO will not be $0.20, more likely $0.50 or more; a "High Beta" bet on the Hive ecosystem.

We can add to that the fact that $LEO has a 50 million max supply, whereas the $HIVE supply - as far as I know - grows according to the users' activity on the network.
Yes; still, valuation will always gravitate as LEO is (at this point at least) still "housed" in HIVE.
