Bots have always been a hot topic. As for DEC, its value was designed to be $1/1000 and I suspect it will go to that if not very near to that value again. At least one founder routinely speaks about how they want a stable token in the game. I believe they are trying to make DEC that stable token. For myself I view anything over $1/1000 for DEC as a bonus. The good news is soon(ish) the rewards pool is getting a rework, hopefully that means more rewards.

I thought that was the reason that Credits was fixed at $1/1000 to be the stable token and DEC/SPS was meant to appreciate and depreciate at a stable rate,,would not be of benefit to players.DEC value still comes down to bots as they are eating up the reward pool faster than DEC can be regenerated/supplied,hence the quick drop in value..SPS will pick up as soon as the private investor sales stop soon..hopefully all these SL negatives doesnt make players leave the game, but it will also make the owners catch a huge wake up because players are long term assets to the game while investors will jump ship as soon as their pockets are lined
DEC game mechanics allways tries to pin DEC to $1/1000. When DEC was $10+/1000 and even at its current price the game prints "extra" DEC to give to those in Ranked Play. If DEC ever drops below $1/1000 the game mechanics will decrease the original set amount of DEC that is given in Ranked play in an attempt to bring DEC back to its original value $1/1000. We will likely see some of the other usecases for SPS implemented once PV stop getting their share and once the airdrop has ended. There is still the SPS that is for Validators (Witness) that hasn't entered the overall system yet.
