I think it's a prettty arrangement the XCHAOS. There's a few people who I might go in with for a $100K purchase though, possibly, so possibly I won't need this!
But it's certainly an attractive offer.

Doing a private pool is a great idea! What do you think you can flip them for afterwards?
I'm not sure I would flip them, open them up and rent everything out, difficult to find better returns!
Also, I've got a tract of land, so I imagine LOTS of cards will be required for that.
I might flip some for LAND development of course!
