Well it's official-ish, almost.
LAND 1.5 will be released on 14 November, or maybe just after!
Having heard the rumor of a date about to be announced in Mavs a few hours before the TownHall in which the announcement may have been made, which it subsequently was, yesterday I decided to spunk my final 100K DEC on some gold cards for land staking purposes.
With land it's all about Gold Chaos, if you can't afford the older cards, which I just can't!
So I purchased this lot....
Basically 'playable' cards which were cheap-ish...
- 2 Gold Queen Mycellias (both singles)
- Two Nerissa Tridawns, both singles too
- About 11BCX worth of Mycellic Slipsawns
- A few Regal Pelatons, enough to max out with what I already had.
It gives you an idea of how pricey gold cards are for land, taken together this lot is only about half way to maxing the BCX allowed on one single plot, and much less than half the max PP I could have if I had all maxed gold legendaries.
But I've got what I've got, and now I'm back down to 2.5 Million DEC liquid, and about 2.7 Mill with what I've got in the pools...
That's enough to power up all my plots at around 50% BCX or half of them at FULL BCX power, with whatever variable PPs I've got!
Card prices up nicely already...
In just two days Gold Queen Ms have gone up 25% already and there's only a handful for sale...
The lower golds have also increased by around 10%, as has my overall card stack.
Maybe, just maybe, we've bottomed and we're out the other side!
That's it for land, for now!
I'm happy with the balance, I've got SOME cards, I've got some DEC, now I just wanna see it go live, get staking and earn some of that tasty SPS....
And some research tokens.
As to grain, I only intend to produce just enough to keep me ticking over!
I thought I had enough cards for my land, I dipped a toe in and bought two plots a good while ago. I have two Runi, so I thought it would fit well. I went for gold foil commons and had everything in place , nicely set up, and.....couldn't resist bought 7 more plots, now I'm scrabbling for more gold foils and realising its not going to happen, because I now need to stake DEC as well, and the golds I need are different splinters to my two original plots..lol!!!, guess I'll stick my Runi on the two rare plots I bought and just let the rest of the plots develop out in their own sweet time
I think golds are the best for staking I've just been messing about with it on the Mavs server.
Why don't you just sell and buy the right splinters?
As to Dec just stake what you can and then more to boost the efficiency later!
The golds I have will still work for my original two plots (commons),so I won't sell them ,but among my new plots are two rares, so they'll get my Runi. I'll make sure I'll have enough golds and DEC to kit them fully, but the others will have to mature organically as it were
It was really odd seeing card prices take a dip again now that we know when land is coming out. Pretty wild on that front I figured a pump lol Time to grab up deals!

Never can have enough DEC it seems only going to get harder. Every time I stock it up I end up spending it lol
will certainly be interesting to see it. I got a mix of legendary/gold, then epic and rare to complete few more. Mostly I focus on a castle, a keep and 3 occupied. to add magic and natural from rare to legendary, I do have around 80 lands. A lot of cards I need. To quote Yoda.

This is a very good decision because currently the prices of things are very low and all people should buy them wisely like you are buying and as soon as the new update comes the prices will go up.
