I try to do that all the time but it is tough because of the other variables such as popularity, education etc. I have a decent SIM income but I would like to have more, as always :D

Yeah your SIM income is a lot better than mine if I remember correctly. Still pretty awesome though! Waiting to get you into Splinterlands like I got invest4free into it!
