Others already gave the answers. Needless to say, most HIVE services have similar issues. Some don't even display posts and comments once edited in another UI. Kinda Bug, if you ask me. Though the devs may see it as a feature request.
I think that is the reason. HIVE was not built with microblogging in mind. All the fancy UI/UX is handled by leofinance
Yeah. Add Dbuzz in there. There UI is good from the outside. Not sure how is the backend infrastructure.
They are using the regular system of publishing articles on #hive with a limit of the number of characters.
I got that. I would be happy if they are able to tap in other communities to market their product and lift that blog post publishing limitation.

This is a critical issue. All hive front ends should be seamless- at least that's what I think.
Agree 💯 Not only annoying but may put off quite a number of people. I wonder why many of the HIVE UI devs take such approaches as they take.
