Perhaps whoever is running the Swap.app on Hive is a different person/group that used the name for the easy recognition. Not quite sure.

Maybe, it makes sense! I think it would be nice if the person who manages that account @swap.app would post his comments here so we can be sure if it's theirs or not. Because I don't understand why they said they have nothing with that account but my tokens are refunded!
