Well. I might didn't choose accurate wording there. But, what I mean is that one would better be constant in posting like a thread or two a week. Then, posting many threads in one day and disappear for few weeks.

Consistency in either/both is key.
If you are writing articles, yes one or two a week is preferred to doing many than disappearing for months.
Out of sight/outta mind.
As for threads, a ton of them should be done each day.
