Governance and Protocol fee switch, if the switch fee gets activated, 0.05 of the 0.03 liquidity fee will be given to UNI token holders.
There are potentially other things that may come from it in the future. I really want to see what happens with v3 and how it affects this.

The purpose is for it to have just enough utility to keep the SEC out of it's under ware.
