Hardware wallet is an offline storage cryptocurrency wallet, it is used to store your private keys, and your private keys are used for authorised transactions in your wallet.
Another thing you can do
If you don't have a hardware wallet now, it is also advisable to transfer your funds to Binance or to exchange you trust and that supports the token you want to transfer.
Moreover, you should also try to revoke any connection to some websites you do not trust.
Whether you have connected to a website or not, it is advisable to take the warnings seriously, so you do not have to regret it later.
