There is a legit faucet still going, Lolli, https://lolli.com/share//pVvTaBEdW2 Now I'm not sure if you can register it in Japan, but I use it while in Japan. Whenever I travel I use it to get sats back. The faucet is on the mobile version though. It's a treasure chest you can open every 24hrs for some free sats. I should probably do a post about it.
