You can earn daily LEO by delegating HP to leo.voter, but I don't think you can earn by delegating LEO. There are curators where you can delegate LEO and earn LEO, if you delegate to them, you can get a daily LEO reward.

For total Leo Power (on the 15th) to be between 200 and 20k, do you count leo delegation's?
You can delegate to someone else after power up. You just need to power up over 200 LEO.
Once you have leos, what should you do with them, do you have the right to delegate them or what do you do with them?
As I am an active user, I do not delegate, but you are free to delegate to whomever you want.

Check the other comments@rtonline, he has clarified that to be a no with a solid reason.
I don't think you will get a daily LEO reward by delegating LEO to leo.voter. But to be sure, you can ask on discord. Also, if you look at the posts on the leofinance blog, there is an explanation of earning 16% APR by delegating HP, I haven't seen any explanation or post about LP delegation.
Authors and curators receive rewards after 7 days, so they send the rewards after receiving them. But if you waited for LEO, I don't think you would get the reward again. I even looked at the transaction history of those who delegated LEO to leo.voter, and did not see anyone who received LEO rewards.
