Actually no. That's the Trending Coins list so HIVE is currently the most trending token. On the side you can see the gains and for example, that DESCIAI token has gained much more than HIVE but isn't trending as much.
Yes, you are right, I noticed it and then changed it, but it has not changed here yet. :(
