I changed my profile picture again and my profile picture url is correct but it seems unchanged in interfaces other than ctptalk. I cleared the cache but it didn't fix the problem.

It seems like this might be one of the glitches in the UI. There are a lot of bugs. Sad that the quests are running into them.
We will see what the team has to say about it.
It will be fixed soon, I was just wondering.
I'm posting my risingstar card every day, I realized it while posting it today. It seems to have changed on my Risingstar card.
