So what I do in the meantime is I read long posts on PeakD and I will do my commenting and upvoting there as well as sharing content on Twitter.
I think it's slick. Few bugs with things not showing up, but that'll get sorted.
Perhaps that's the reason why my comments did not show up after several times commenting on the UI Launch Party.
