Leaderboard and league are little different.
When bronze tourneymant leader has 166,000 power, no beginner player will ever think they have any chance of topping the leaderboard - ever.
On the side note . leaderboard leader is giving up on DQ of higher league and it require lot of skill and investment to reach there and that's exactly a game will want.
