Lol, changing work shifts can be really confusing, and it takes some time to adjust. I will not tell you to keep going that it will become easier over time because I haven't had any experience with it. Judging from this gif, it doesn't get easier with time 😂😂😂

Yup, it only gets tougher as I get older lol!
Not to mention, I'm doing this without coffee now, which makes it even tougher lol (I drank too much coffee at one point in my training, so now I'm trying to maintain natural levels of energy)
