I tried working out this week. I could not lift my body off my bed in the last two days. I respect those who do it every day. Damn!!!

The thing about working out is it doesn't get any easier with time (not supposed to) but your body does get used to it and you recover faster after some time, especially if you are also eating healthy and sleeping well... but I do remember when I first started and it was the same... my body was destroyed for several days lol
