Interesting article, I already tried to figure out how these factors will play over time. I doubt the fight will ever end. I believe the government would just try to find a balance between their inability to regulate crypto and getting people to pay tax.
Here in my country, it is very difficult for the government to control crypto, so what they did is try to stop the relationship between fiat and crypto (banks). But hopefully, as the p2p here grows i believe the government will need to come up with something stronger.
