He is at least one of the stronger voices. He is delicate, he knows to attract capital, he might be just an early investor and exits after everyone creates $BTC reserves and everythign falls after that.

Simplest theory this is gonna increase demand of $BTC in a big way, therefore increase price and make more widely adapted.
