Ok. I forgot the exact word said by anomadsoul. To paraphrase, he said something like "winning the 20k delegation power the second time straight is very rare."

The gambler's fallacy happens when somebody would claim that they have a higher or lower chance of winning again the next time because they won or lost last round if the chance to win remains the same. 🤓

That's my initial impression, but then I remember your love of numbers and so I thought perhaps that's the reason why you are reminded of that "gambler's fallacy".
