Oh goodness, yes. Same here...the swings would throw my emotionally. I did have a "hooked up poker" phase for several years where I'd play any chance I had.

I forgot to mention that the experiences with poker make crypto volatility much easier to stomach.
So it was like training for a future event that I had no idea existed.
