Managing multiple accounts has been a challenge especially now that I'm trying to cleanup my portfolio. I'm guessing, this is a common problem. Hopefully through this community, we can share best practices and tools that can help us manage and track better.
My Accounts are scattered like this (different purposes):
1. Stock Trading accounts (Philippine market)
- i. For swing trading - Playground for trading stocks (broker: COL Financial)
- ii. Zero Cost Portfolio - All earnings from trading I transfer here to reinvest (broker: Philstocks)
- iii. Long term / Cost Averaging (broker: BPITrade)
2. Funds (Unit Investment Trust Fund)
- i.) BDO UITF - mostly money market (Emergency Fund)
- ii.) BPI UITF - Cost Averaged Index Fund + Swing Trade
3. Crypto
- I.) Binance - Playground for trading crypto
- II.) Yoroi wallet - for ADA
- III.) Hive Wallet/ Hive Engine - native/second-layer tokens of hive
- IV.) Hive Backed Dollar - mainly for stable passive income of 15%
- V.) Hive Power - for curation rewards
Tools I have found so far:
Seems like there is no "One Tool That Rules them all" given limitations especially for free versions. In my case, Philippine market is also a small one compared to others; hence, not much available tools. Nevertheless, will try to share what I've found so far. Feel free to suggest and share other ideas here! :)
1. Yahoo Finance (Good only for Crypto)
Sad to discover that Yahoo Finance no longer supports PSE data and also Funds (UITF). Hence, I am only limited to trying this with widely known crypto assets. At least I can track 2 of my crypto portfolios.
i. Binance portfolio (Swing trading)
Very interesting to see that my crypto portfolio only went back to positive at the start of December this year. I did abandon this after the bull of 2021. I hope to maintain it positive moving forward.
ii. ADA still massively down
Unfortunately, my ADA wallet (Yoroi) is still at a 56% loss. This was supposed to be my long term coin; however, I failed to continue in cost averaging this. Not sure if this is still a good project.
2. Coingecko (Crypto)
I like that I can create multiple portfolios in Coingecko. This also includes all other coins which are not available in other mainstream finance tools. This provides me an option to show holdings weight of my crypto portfolio. It also provides performance charts but in actual value (not %), hence did not share it here.
2. Investagrams (Philippine Equity Portfolio)
PSE data seems harder to get these days. I may have to rely on Investagrams for the Philippine market. I started exploring other features Portfolio Dashboard (Beta) and Trade Journal.
Portfolio Dashboard
I wish the Portfolio Dashboard can allow me to create multiple portfolios within the same market. So far, I can only create one portfolio for each market (PSE and Crypto).
So for now, I'll try to use their dashboard for my tradable equity portolio (combination of 3 accounts).
DMC is my big winner which I invested during the pandemic. It's one great move that easily wiped out several wrong decisions in the portfolio. I'm hoping to sell it before its gains dwindle.
TECH is just one of those odd lots so I don't worry about that despite showing a huge loss. It got diluted with some warrants which recently expired. I wish odd lots can easily be sold.
Fund Tracker
No platform available yet in tracking Funds though, so I guess this have to be manual for now.
Hive Tracker
I mentioned previously that I use Hive for yield income . I still wish there is one great tool that can help track about the growth of my Hive blockchain related tokens.
This might be the closest, but doesn't have much visuals. The NFT tracker is a bit overstated for now due to the Splinterlands ghost cards.

Suggested Tools anyone? Happy to see your thoughts!
