My sister is a BS psychology grad and I remember she was passionate about it (e.g. psychometrics et al) but things changed when she started working. She pursued a career in HR (attempted to study law but has yet to pass the bar). I think psychology is still a misunderstood profession in the Philippines, as not everyone has a clear view on the career path of psychology grads.
Regulatory hurdles are indeed a pain, whether it be with crypto (i.e US SEC) or even locally. Are you still going to finish your PhD? Good to see that the challenges would not stop you from continuing your business. I wish the best luck for you and your family! :)
