I don't think Trump would have made this announcement if America or he himself were not already buying....
And now that he has made the announcement, I guess you are going to hear at least another 2 or 3 countries make similar announcements, or start piling up behind the scenes.
I am also expecting it.

If he's talking about it, he's probably way ahead. And I think perhaps other countries are watching and probably copying quietly. It's a classic domino effect
