True.... I would hate to sell more than half, it kind of destroys my plan to be able to retire early, but it also allows me to pursue my dreams. I was hoping I could pursue my dreams AND have the option to retire at any time, but the universe may have other plans for me.
I will think about this. We are starting one way or another in the next 12 months. If I can do it without selling I will, but it's happening either way.
