I think it would be really cheap to build a house there. Unlike where I live in, we build with bricks and mortar and they are so costly to acquire.
if it’s deep in the countryside, the cheapest ones would be about $20,000 to $40,000 usd but if they are old they cost 2-4x that to renovate
