One thing I know is any language we don’t understand always seems funny to us. I bet you gonna find my own native language hilarious lol
Nahhhh I doubt it. I’ve heard many African languages and they mostly sound cool. Only Xhosa and clicking ones were surprising. I really like the sound of Ga and Akan and Hausa which is why I got addicted to some Ghana music. Most Nigerian music I heard is English though I listen to ClassiQ and Morell
Chengdu dialect is funny because it’s basic at the same as standard Mandarin but with a completely different accent that bounces and sounds lazy. What’s your native tongue?
Truly music connects us to different languages and cultures. And for the fact you know about Hausa language originally from my country Nigeria amazes me. My native tongue is Yoruba. And many Nigerians as whole says Yoruba is very easy to understand and which i agreed to. I’ve seen quite numbers Foreigners (we use to call them Oyinbo) that means the whites, that dance and sing along to our Yoruba Afrobeat songs. So yeah, I don’t think my own native tongue would sound lazy as chengdu for the fact is easy to understand lol
