Keep in mind that some are alt-accounts. There are folks with more than one account for different reasons. Also some accounts are inactive.

I know that the total number of Hive accounts that currently exist on the blockchain may also include alt accounts, bot accounts, inactive accounts (and mined accounts, whatever they are). 🙂 I was just curious about the total number of Hive accounts ever created. 😅
