I think, after a brief look, that it's affecting the stock market as people realized that dumping money into AI doesn't guarantee big advancements. China made Deepseek with more limited resources and hardware. Crypto is affected as people need quick liquidity to cover shorts. I think much of our financial strength is built on leverage. So, the rapid finality of crypto transactions makes it the first place people cash out to fix their other issues.
