I didn’t plan this well. 419 days with no alcohol & 100 days with no cannabis. I should’ve waited a day to quit the devil’s lettuce. Could’ve hit day 100 on day 420.

Those are huge milestones and congrats on making the change. Willpower is a wonderful thing as well as self confidence keep it up. You can do hard things
