    It's explained there on the page, I highlighted n the screenshot below. You can raise your tier by doing certain things:

    1. choose staked
    2. be premium
    3. proxy your governance power to @leo.voter

    Doing those things raises your tier and thus, allows you to earn more yield

      So I am premium, and I delegate to @leo.voter but I am still tier zero?

      I didn't know I had to make leovoter my proxy to raise my tier.

      I knew about the liquid, but thought the other two would raise my tier.
